Executive General Manager

Job Description:

• Leads the entire restaurant and is responsible for all metrics related to it
• Responsible for all restaurant operations
• Protects the brand of Chick-fil-A through following Brand and Operating Standards
• Responsible for following all legal requirements for the business
• Responsible for hiring, training and developing all Team Members
• Represents Chick-fil-A within the community
• Builds sales & markets the business
• Works with Support Center staff to develop the business
• Requires a person who is an entrepreneur at heart and also enjoys motivating a team
• Must be willing to innovate and try new things

Role Responsibilities:

• Daily Operation of Chick-fil-A Edgewater
• Inventory Management
• Cash Management
• Team Member Scheduling and Wages
• Team Member Recruitment, Hiring, Training and Development
• Work with Support Center Staff regularly
• Ensure implementation of Chick-fil-A rollouts
• Represent the restaurant at Community Events
• Serve guests and grow relationships

Qualifications:

• Required Experience: 2 years of restaurant leadership or similar experience, 5 years preferred
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
• Other Required: Proven track record of business leadership; Successfully managed personal finances; Results oriented; Self-starter; Team player
