Key Responsibilities
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at all times
- Execute safe driving best practices with a sense of urgency when delivering meals
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and protecting the Chick-fil-A brand
- Maintain cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and food quality in the delivery assembly area and vehicles
- Meet with your supervisor each shift to receive specific duties and instructions
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by Catering Director
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Working smartphone with data plan and GPS
- Ability to carry delivery tote bags weighing 35-50 lbs
- Motivated to provide excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
