Are you looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you can serve guests with excellence both inside the restaurant and on the road? Chick-fil-A Citadel Crossing is seeking reliable, service-minded individuals to join our Delivery Team. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll represent the Chick-fil-A brand while delivering meals in a company-provided vehicle. When not on deliveries, you’ll support our Front of House team, helping create an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid Social Security card for required background checks
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years
• Availability to work Saturdays is required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must have a reliable smartphone with GPS and Bluetooth capabilities (required for delivery-related apps)
• Must be able to pass a background check for base delivery access
• (Applicants with offenses such as theft, sexual assault, or domestic violence will not qualify for base access and therefore are not eligible for this role)

Our delivery vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior monitoring systems for safety and quality assurance. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver Chick-fil-A orders in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional guest service both on deliveries and in-store
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain food quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles
• Follow all driving safety regulations and Chick-fil-A delivery procedures
• Support Front of House operations between deliveries (greeting guests, running orders, maintaining cleanliness, etc.)
