A Day in the Life of a Back of House Team Member

As a Cook at Chick-fil-A Latham Farms, you may:

• Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
• Work efficiently to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Monitor food quality and follow proper preparation procedures
• Restock supplies and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
