At Chick-fil-A Crossways Center, we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our closing team! Our Closing Team Members play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and preparing our team for success the following day.

Whether you're serving guests in the Front of House or preparing quality food in the Back of House, you'll be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn make all the difference.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to:

• Be available to work until 11:00 PM
• Provide friendly and efficient service or prepare high-quality food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow restaurant procedures and food safety guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and closing procedures
• Work collaboratively to ensure the restaurant is prepared for the following business day
• Follow directions and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail

We Ask You To:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be willing and able to work evening and closing shifts
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
• Be willing to work in either Front of House or Back of House based on restaurant needs, training, and qualifications

Work Schedule

• Evening and closing shifts
• Monday through Saturday
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Be available to work until 11:00 PM
• Part-time and full-time opportunities, based on availability and business needs

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We provide training to help our team members succeed! Work schedule
