Have you been a shift lead, key holder, crew lead or supervisor, or have you been the person your manager counts on to run the floor? Chick-fil-A The Pinnacle is hiring Front of House Shift Leaders, and our pay is among the highest in Bristol for this level.

You’d run the front of house during your shift. You’d keep the team in the right spots, keep lines moving and make sure every guest leaves happy. You won’t be doing it alone: our Front of House Director and leadership team will back you up and help you grow.

What you’ll do on shift

• Run front counter, drive-thru and dining room operations during your shift
• Assign positions and adjust staffing as the rush builds and slows down
• Coach team members in the moment and set the pace by working alongside them
• Handle guest concerns calmly and make things right
• Keep food safety, cleanliness and dining room standards high
• Communicate shift updates to the Front of House Director and leadership team

What we’re looking for

• 18 or older
• At least 1 year of experience as a shift lead, supervisor, key holder or team lead in a restaurant, retail, hospitality or customer service setting (preferred)
• Stays calm and positive during a rush
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both team members and guests
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Loves serving people
