Catering Manager – Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria Full-Time Leadership Opportunity | $20–$25 per Hour + Eligible Tips | Franklin, TN Grow Our Catering Business. Build Relationships. Deliver Exceptional Service. Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Catering Sales & Operations Manager to lead and grow our catering business. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships in the community, developing sales opportunities, and ensuring every catering order is delivered with excellence. In this role, you'll take ownership of catering sales and daily execution, from developing new business relationships to coordinating orders, deliveries, and guest follow-up. Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Catering Sales & Business Development

• Actively grow catering sales through outreach to local businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners.
• Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat catering orders.
• Identify new catering opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Track catering performance, customer relationships, and sales opportunities.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to execute local catering promotions and marketing initiatives.

Catering Operations & Execution

• Oversee catering order preparation, accuracy, packaging, delivery coordination, and presentation.
• Coordinate orders with kitchen and Front of House leadership.
• Ensure catering orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Support catering deliveries and customer setup when applicable.
• Maintain catering supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Help manage catering costs, efficiency, and waste.

Customer Relationships & Service

• Serve as a primary contact for catering customers.
• Communicate professionally with guests throughout the ordering process.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria positively throughout the Franklin community.

Leadership & Accountability

• Maintain organized catering systems and consistent execution standards.
• Coordinate with Team Members involved in catering preparation and delivery.
• Monitor catering results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, food quality, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in catering, hospitality, restaurant operations, sales, or related customer-facing work preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and support sales growth.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with restaurant leadership.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for delivery responsibilities.
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required.
