Shift Manager

The Chick-fil-A Manager role works directly with Independent Owner/Operators to ensure great service and hospitality. Managers gain life experiences through business leadership, guest hospitality, and community relations. Chick-fil-A Managers lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, perform administrative, labor management, and customer care duties. Specific duties include maintaining inventory levels, preparing payroll, initiating marketing strategies, and driving store sales. Chick-fil-A Managers will be exposed to all levels of operations to gain understanding of what it takes to run a business.
