Louisville, KY | On-Site | $30-$35/hr | 4+ Month Contract (Likely Extension)

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for an immediate opportunity with a growing Louisville organization. This full-time, on-site contract role will support high-volume receivables, customer account maintenance, payment processing, collections, and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and credit card payments
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain account records
• Support accounts receivable, billing, and collections efforts
• Follow up on outstanding balances via phone and email
• Respond to customer account and payment inquiries
• Reconcile accounts and assist with reporting
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation
• Use Excel to analyze and track account activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Accounts receivable, billing, collections, or cash application experience
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to reconciliations or general accounting functions
