Support managers with tax engagement administration, including rolling tax returns in CCH Axcess and Engagement binders and saving documents to Engagement and SharePoint binders.
Prepare PBC and open-items lists and assist with e-file rejections, extension workflows, and submission of engagement letters for preparation.
Coordinate due-date reporting by scheduling review meetings with managers, analyzing data using tools such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP, and creating nonstandard reports as requested.
Support TaxCaddy account management, monitor and report incoming documents, and move workflows into process based on the percentage of documents received.

Ability to adjust your schedule and accommodate significantly increased workload on deadline days.
