  • Partner with referral sources, payors, schools, providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee program operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance activities.
  • Support innovative service delivery approaches that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
  • Serve as an advocate for children, families, and behavioral health services within the community.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related clinical field.
  • Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of community-based behavioral health services.
  • Experience developing teams, managing operations, and fostering positive organizational culture.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and CHD's mission.

Compensation

Take advantage of our competitive salary of $85,000 - $98,000, compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and licensure. We offer a phenomenal benefit package that includes Dental, Health, and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.
