How You'll Make an Impact * Define and execute technology strategies that align Spectrum's portfolio to market success * Collaborate with technology and product leaders to develop enterprise-wide technology strategies across a range of relevant domains, including wireless and wireline networks * Provide strategic guidance for major TSI initiatives, including emerging technology development, competitive assessment, and strategic opportunity development * Recommend and implement strategies for competitive positioning and technology development, including quantitative and qualitative analysis * Translate complex business challenges into solutions across technology-focused strategic initiatives * Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, recruiting and coaching leaders and staff to maximize their potential * Manage budgets, prioritize initiatives and reinforce customer service and business ethics across the department Working Conditions * Office environment * Some travel required What You'll Bring to Spectrum * A grounding in the technology and market dynamics of major communications service providers * A strategic mindset, ability to listen and learn, develop productive cross-functional relationships, and lead teams through complex topics to productive outcomes Required Qualifications * Technology familiarity or training in wireless and wireline connectivity * Knowledge of cable industry services and communications market dynamics in the United States * Quantitative analytic skills, including Excel-based modeling * Presentation and communication capabilities, including expert use of PowerPoint * AI tool familiarity to accelerate research, analysis, and outputs Education * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
