Original job description

Your Opportunity

Working closely with software engineers, architects, product teams, and business partners, you will drive solutions that improve software reliability, accelerate delivery, and strengthen risk management outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide testing approaches, modernize automation frameworks, enhance CI/CD quality practices, and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve testing effectiveness. Success requires strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment where quality is built into every stage of delivery.

Technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience within Agile teams.
Experience leveraging GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and applying AI-assisted development, testing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and spec-driven development practices.
