Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate to work on site 4 days per week in one of the specified locations.

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Program Manager to help lead execution of Workplace Services' AI strategy across both employee-facing and client-facing initiatives. You will partner closely with the Director of Workplace AI Strategy & Initiatives to turn AI strategy into action, drive cross-functional execution, build organizational momentum, and accelerate responsible AI adoption across the business.

You should be able to demonstrate passion for AI and have a continuous improvement mindset to drive improvements. You should be comfortable experimenting and building with AI tools and have an active interest in emerging AI capabilities. You should have a keen eye to understand existing processes and identify pain points or frictions.

What You'll Do

Drive AI Program Execution across Workplace

  • Drive execution and accountability across multiple AI initiatives. Ensure initiatives move from concept to delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships across Workplace Services (e.g. Digital, Risk, L&D), AI strategy, technology, digital, risk, compliance, marketing and communications teams
  • Influence without authority, navigate competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Drive accountability by proactively managing follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops that result in clear decisions, ownership, and next steps

Drive Executive and Stakeholder Communications

  • Prepare broad AI program updates and communications for WS employees
  • Support creation of executive presentations and leadership updates; e.g. steering committee execution and materials
  • Support creation of AI-specific client-facing materials and oversee process to answer client due diligence questions

Build a pipeline of internal AI opportunities and accelerate AI adoption

  • Build and prioritize a pipeline of internal AI transformation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment
  • Lead AI-enabled internal initiatives from concept and experimentation through implementation, scale, and sustained use
  • Foster an AI-enabled culture through advocacy, education, and best-practice sharing
  • Build and grow the Workplace Services AI Champion network.
  • Partner with leaders to identify adoption opportunities and barriers

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex organization
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and decision-making forums
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability
