Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Sub-Acute Unit, including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
