Senior Databricks Data Engineer

CGI is seeking an experienced, hands on Senior Databricks Data Engineer to design, develop and implement scalable enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Databricks and Apache Spark expertise, with demonstrated experience building production grade ETL/ELT pipelines. This individual must be capable of independently owning the entire engineering lifecycle, from solution design and technical review through development, testing, deployment and implementation. We are looking for a proactive engineer who takes ownership of deliverables, works independently, solves technical problems and collaborates effectively with architects, engineers and business stakeholders. Databricks expertise and hands on pipeline development are the highest technical priorities. Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is acceptable, with no preference for a specific cloud provider.
