The Records Director ensures every veteran's medical record is indexed accurately, making examiners' review faster and more precise. Their work directly impacts exam quality by ensuring providers quickly access relevant, organized evidence. They strengthen accuracy for medical opinions and DBQ sufficiency. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
