The Onsite Support Technician provides direct, hands-on technical assistance to users experiencing computer hardware, software, or network issues. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving problems, installing and configuring equipment, and maintaining IT systems. They act as the primary point of contact for users needing technical support and ensure efficient operation of IT infrastructure at a specific location or multiple sites.
