Indirect Tax Specialist

CGI is seeking a Tax Analyst for the US tax team, who will be reporting to the Tax Director. This role is a key member of our tax team and will be responsible for assisting in US Tax Compliance, which includes, but not limited to: sales and use tax, property tax, business license and gross receipts taxes. This role will be involved in all aspects of the tax lifecycle for direct and indirect taxes, including compliance, accounting and taxing authority audits.

The successful candidate should have 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting and/or Public Accounting. The candidate should also be comfortable communicating at a professional level, as well as taking a hands-on approach to their daily responsibilities.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
