ERP HR Functional Business Analyst

CGI is seeking an experienced ERP HR Functional Business Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support enterprise HR modernization initiatives, HR business process improvements, and ERP system enhancements for a large state government client.

As part of CGI’s Advantage program team, you will collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver innovative HR solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is located at our CGI office in Phoenix, AZ; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
