CGI Federal is seeking a Client Facing Recruiter (Mid Level) to support full cycle recruitment across federal programs. This hybrid role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in fast paced, high demand environments.

The recruiter will support cleared and non cleared hiring, proposal staffing, long term pipeline development, and recruiting for cyber, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, and policy/SME domains.

This position can be located in our Fairfax, VA, Huntsville, AL, or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
