Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate I performs standard warehouse functions with growing independence and efficiency. This role requires prior warehouse experience and a demonstrated understanding of procedures, quality expectations, and warehouse technology. Work Schedule: This position is on the night shift working 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. This includes working some weekends. Starting pay rate: $19.00/hr with $1.00/hr shift premium. Key Responsibilities - Perform picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activities - Use RF scanners and other warehouse systems with minimal supervision - Operating powered industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Combilift) - Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards - Identify and report process or safety concerns - Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Warehouse Associate employees. - Escalate inventory damage, shortages, or issues to a team lead or supervisor ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RELATED OBJECTIVES 30% - Picking finished goods for customer orders - Putting away finished goods into the warehouse - Staging customer orders for shipment 5% - 5S all departmental areas - Other Duties Assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
