Bartender

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Palm City, FL. Restaurant Operating Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and attentive, courteous service tailored to each guest.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and drink preparation techniques.
• Verify guest identification and comply with applicable alcohol service laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while following sanitation and safety standards.
• Process guest payments accurately and follow established cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor bar inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Collaborate with the dining room team to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; experience in upscale dining, fine dining, or a comparable hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, classic cocktails, and proper preparation and presentation.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain composure in a busy dining environment.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
