Looking for a flexible opportunity with the benefits of a structured, collaborative environment? At Centria Autism, our part-time BCBAs in center-based roles enjoy the stability of a consistent setting, the support of on-site teams, and the freedom to work hours that fit their lifestyle. Whether you’re balancing other commitments or re-entering the field, this is your chance to deliver meaningful care, on your terms.

Compensation – Earn a base wage of $75/hour

Why Choose a Part-Time Role at Centria?

Structured Environment – Deliver therapy in a purpose-built center with dedicated therapy spaces, natural routines, and in-person collaboration with your Team.
Flexible Scheduling – Work the hours that work for you, daytime, limited days per week, or only a few clients.
Focus on Clinical Care – With support from our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform, you can focus on client progress, not administrative overload.
Built-In Clinical Support – Even part-time, you’ll be connected to Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration.
Assent-Based ABA – Deliver care aligned with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria’s commitment to compassionate, child-led therapy.
Opportunity for Growth – Explore additional hours, mentorship, or leadership opportunities if and when your availability changes.

What You’ll Do

Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input

This part-time role does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off. However, you’ll gain flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a lasting impact - one client at a time.

Centria is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
