GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for operating in their assigned store(s) and ensuring goals for each store are met. Additionally, the Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for cash register receipts, inventory, customer service, and ensuring the integrity of all policies and procedures of the company. This position reports to the Store and Area Manager.
