Our ideal candidate is:

• Outgoing and friendly, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
• Goal oriented, and accountable to both individual and team results.

Experience is not necessary. Many of our top performers had no prior experience in the roofing industry before joining the team here at Central Homes Roofing.
