You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply advanced tools and technologies, and work on projects aligned with your technical interests and career goals.

We are committed to your professional growth and long-term success. A sign-on bonus may be considered for the successful candidate.

As an Electrical Engineer 5, you will have the opportunity to:

With general direction, develop basic to highly complex designs for electrical master plans, power systems, protection and generation models, facility power systems, sustainability and renewable energy systems, and similar electrical systems.
Perform power system studies and electrical calculations, including lighting simulations and layouts, communications, fire alarm, security, and related facility system analyses.
Conduct site reviews and technical studies, as needed, to confirm existing conditions and ensure designs align with site-specific requirements. Revise design criteria and requirements based on findings.
Contribute to the firm’s Technical Knowledge Management (TKM) program by developing white papers, technical design documentation, and case studies related to new, specialized, or complex designs and studies.
Prepare and submit technical papers and designs for publication in industry journals.
Collaborate with sales staff to develop proposals in response to requests from current and prospective clients. Review draft proposals for alignment with firm standards, industry best practices, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Meet with current and prospective clients to understand their present and future design needs and help develop appropriate technical solutions.
Attend conferences, symposia, and other industry events to strengthen technical expertise and increase the visibility of the firm’s services in collaboration with applicable sales staff.
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff to support their professional growth within the discipline and firm.
