DataAnalytics Program Manager - Business Intelligence

RoleOverview

A large e-commerce and logisticsclient is looking for a data-first program operator to own the analyticsbackbone of a fast-scaling energy and power planning function. This personmanages large, complex datasets across hundreds to thousands of active sites invarious stages of planning, due diligence, capital approval, and construction-- translating raw data into decisions and building the tracking infrastructurethe team runs on.

This is not a traditionalprogram manager role. The core skillset is data -- querying it, modeling it,centralizing it, and making it actionable. Strong operational disciplineensures that analytical outputs actually drive cross-functional alignment, riskvisibility, and on-time delivery across PMO, Finance, Capital Management,Pre-Construction, and Construction stakeholders.

What You'llDo

· Own and maintain centralized trackers spanningthe full site lifecycle -- from demand forecasting and site selection throughpower due diligence, capital approval, utility engagement, and constructiondelivery -- across a portfolio of hundreds to thousands of locationssimultaneously

· Build and manage data models that integrateinputs from multiple internal and third-party sources into a single, reliablesource of truth for portfolio health, risk, cost, and timeline status

· Design and stand up risk tracking frameworksthat embed site-level due diligence outputs directly into downstream PMO andcapital workflows, closing handoff gaps between site selection and deliveryteams

· Produce executive-level reporting and dashboardsthat surface portfolio risk, cost variance, milestone status, and coverage gapsin real time

· Identify data gaps, ownership ambiguities, andprocess breakdowns across stakeholder groups and build the mechanisms to fixthem -- trackers, playbooks, operating rhythms, and escalation frameworks

· Partner with cross-functional teams to ensureutility infrastructure and interconnect costs flow accurately into capitalapproval budgets

· Drive automation opportunities acrosshigh-frequency data workflows and define requirements for tooling improvements

What You'llNeed

· Bachelor’sdegree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics,Engineering, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)

· 5+ years in a data analyst or data-heavy programmanagement role managing large, multi-variable datasets across complexportfolios

· PMP certification or equivalent -- used tostructure ambiguity, not just manage schedules

· Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI toolexperience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or similar)

· SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus

· Proven ability to build centralized tracking andreporting infrastructure from scratch across multiple stakeholder groups

· Experience in capital-intensive industries --energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics strongly preferred

· Demonstrated ability to work backward from amessy data landscape and build clean, scalable systems that others depend on
