  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
  • Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and assist in tracking issue resolution.
  • Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model sharing, document management, collaboration, and coordination workflows.
  • Support quantity takeoffs and model-based material quantification efforts.
  • Develop and coordinate cable schedules.
  • Maintain BIM standards and model quality control procedures.
  • Improve BIM workflows and standards.
  • Identify constructability concerns before installation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, preconstruction, PM, VDC, and field teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery.
  • Internship or co-op experience in a construction, architecture, or engineering environment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation.
  • Experience creating LOD 350-450 models and shop drawings.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Experience supporting quantity takeoffs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
