SR Business Analyst

Catalyx is seeking a Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements definition and support the integration of IT systems, data platforms, and AI technologies within a complex project environment. This role will work closely with project teams and system integrators to ensure technical solutions align with business needs, system architecture, and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and document requirements for network architecture and segmentation, LIMS/SDMS/ELN platforms, the Scientific Layer, Digital Twin capabilities, AI/ML use cases, and AI integration frameworks.

· Review system integrator deliverables, including interface documents, functional specifications, and system configurations.

· Collaborate with IT, data, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across systems, interfaces, and integration solutions.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for system integrators on IT systems, coordinating requirements, resolving issues, and supporting integration activities.

Requirements

· Significant experience in business analysis, IT systems integration, and technical requirements management.

· Familiarity with network architecture, data platforms, and laboratory systems such as LIMS, SDMS, and ELN.

· Understanding of AI/ML applications, digital twin technologies, and enterprise AI integration frameworks.

· Ability to review technical specifications, interface documentation, and system configurations.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience supporting complex technical projects within regulated or life sciences environments is preferred.
