Pay: $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience and machining skills

What We're Looking For

An experienced CNC machinist who can:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read blueprints and machine parts to specification
• Inspect their own work using precision measuring tools
• Make offsets and tooling adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues before they create scrap or downtime
• Work independently while contributing to the team

Key Skills Required

• CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
• CNC setup experience preferred
• Blueprint reading and machining math
• Precision measurement and inspection skills
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, tolerances, and tool wear
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Dependability, attention to quality, and willingness to learn

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will be someone who can independently set up machines, monitor quality, make adjustments, identify problems early, and take ownership of their work. Experience with both mills and lathes is preferred, but expertise in one area with a willingness to learn the other is acceptable.
