Castell sits on top of the AC Hotel New York Times Square. It's a classic cocktail lounge rebuilt for now: martinis done right, cocktails that are part throwback and part invention, a fireplace lounge, a granite bar and an open-air terrace that looks out over Midtown. We're polished but never stuffy, and we're looking for a host who makes every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

This role is for you if:

• You love hospitality and making people happy.
• You're great at first impressions and warmly welcoming others.
• You stay calm and organized when the room is full and the list is long.
• You're a team player: you have your team's back, and they have yours.
• You keep your sense of humor on a full Saturday night.

What you'll do:

• Welcome every guest: greet guests warmly in person and on the phone, and answer their questions.
• Manage the room: handle seating and wait times so the night runs smoothly.
• Take care of waiting guests: keep them comfortable, informed and looked after.
• Build the culture: be part of, and add to, a positive team.

What you bring:

• A friendly, inviting presence in person and over the phone.
• The ability to manage guest seating and wait times.
• You learn quickly and stay flexible.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
