Description Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Sequim, Washington Flexible Scheduling | Full-time, Part-time, PRN
$52-$60/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team (skilled nursing)
At Sequim Rehabilitation, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We’re currently looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
- Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility
- Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment
- Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner
- Collaborate with PTAs and partner with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred - strong new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
