The Utility Technician is responsible for maintaining the clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. Will assist in some aspects of food preparation and dishwashing. Is responsible for always providing a superior level of quality service and cleanliness. Pay rate: $15 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Perform kitchen activities including ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
• Assist serving staff with the setting of tables and workstation areas as well as clearing tables.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Six (6) months’ kitchen experience preferred, but not required
