Substitute Cleaner

Substitute Cleaner – Ongoing Vacancy Carmel Central School District is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Substitute Cleaners on an as-needed basis throughout the district. Substitute Cleaners provide temporary custodial support in district buildings when regular staff members are absent.

Responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms
• Maintaining clean and orderly building areas
• Assisting with room setup and breakdown as needed
• Performing other related custodial duties as assigned

Schedule: As needed; assignments vary based on availability and district needs. This is an ongoing vacancy. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a continuous basis as substitute needs arise. Carmel Central School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
