Original job description
We are seeking a Civil EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in Land Development to join a growing civil engineering team. This role will support the planning, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design site development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and erosion control
- Prepare construction plans, calculations, reports, and permit documents
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and plan production
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, permitting agencies, and other project disciplines
- Assist with project management and construction administration
- Ensure designs meet applicable local, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE license/certification
- Land Development/site design experience
- Proficiency with Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
- Strong communication and organizational skills
