About the Job Experienced Stroke Caregiver

Seeking a caregiver for a 77-year-old woman recovering from a stroke (125 lbs, wheelchair user). MUST have hands-on experience safely assisting with stand-pivot transfers to/from bed, toilet and car. No Hoyer lift is used. She participates in standing as able; preserving independence is important.
Duties: transfers, bed baths, incontinence care, feeding assistance, companionship, support with established PT/OT/speech routines, and light household help.
Live-in preferred; private bedroom provided. Morning-to-evening coverage is also possible. Her wife generally handles overnight care. Friendly home with Intracoastal views. Potential for ongoing work.
