About the Job We're looking for an experienced tutor to work with our son twice a week to strengthen his writing and communication skills. Each session would be about one hour in the afternoon, preferably at our home in the Canyon Creek community (78726).
Areas of Focus:
- Writing: Organizing thoughts logically, developing ideas, and writing clear, well-structured paragraphs.
- Vocabulary & Grammar: Expanding vocabulary, strengthening grammar fundamentals, and improving sentence structure.
- Communication: Expressing ideas clearly and confidently in both writing and speaking.
We're hoping to find someone who is patient, engaging, and able to tailor lessons to our son's needs. Experience working with elementary school students, particularly in writing instruction and reading comprehension is preferred.
