About the Job We're looking for a warm, energetic caregiver to watch our two boys (4 and 2) on alternating days at our home in Dallas.
**What a day looks like:**
- Hands-on play built around motor skills -- building, puzzles, obstacle courses, backyard play
- Coloring, simple crafts, and reading together
- Outdoor time in the backyard every day
- Minimal screen time -- the TV stays off during the day
**Who we're looking for:**
- Real experience with toddlers and preschoolers
- Someone who gets on the floor and plays
- CPR/first aid a plus
