About the Job We are looking for someone who is patient, loving, nurturing, dependable, trustworthy, and responsible. The ideal caregiver should have experience caring for newborns, be knowledgeable about infant CPR and first aid, and understand safe sleep practices. They should be attentive to the baby’s feeding, sleeping, and developmental needs, maintain a consistent routine, and recognize when something may be wrong. Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies, prioritizes their safety and well-being, respects our parenting preferences, and provides a warm, calm, and loving environment.
