About the Job We are a local family seeking one or two caring, dependable adults to join our support team for our two amazing autistic children (ages 9 and 11; non-violent with limited communication skills).
What we're looking for:
Weekends and school-off days are our biggest need (9:00am-5:00pm; up to 40 hours/week). School-day afternoon-evening (3:00-8:00pm) shifts are also available. Experience with special needs individuals preferred. We provide paid training on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care for one child per shift following a daily schedule provided by the family. Assist/supervise personal care, mealtime, bedtime preparation, study, play, social activities, and community outings.
