About the Job We are looking for regular care for our high support needs 7-year-old autistic son from someone who has experience with special needs and disabilities. This would start with a few trial visits followed by paid formal training requiring a commitment, after which point you would earn $30/hr. Our schedule is flexible, so we're open to hearing what hours work for you - though we really do need at least one day of regular weekend availability. Depending on the hours you select, you will first be supporting me or his ABA therapist. Once you've gained more experience, you might sometimes work one on one with our son; usually, however, we prefer to have two people supporting him as a team.
