About the Job Sweetheart With Autism Needs More Caregivers Join our Team!!! I am looking for a creative, enthusiastic, patient and loving female assistant (caregiver, guide, coach, support person) for my 42-year-old son who has autism. He is a gentle soul who is active and enjoys the simple things in life. He needs varying degrees of assistance in all areas. My son lives in his own home in a community for people with special needs. It is a wonderful place for him and his caregivers to be a part of. He needs support around the clock.
In addition to the listed shifts, ability to fill in for other staff when needed is an option. The Sunday shifts are one or the other, not both. Ability to take all shifts NOT required for this position. 2-3 shift minimum.
