Seeking Tutor For 6th Grader

About the Job We are looking for a patient, creative, and supportive tutor for our 11-year-old son, who is currently in 6th grade and would benefit from additional support in Math and English Language Arts (ELA). We are hoping to find someone who understands that children learn in different ways and can adapt their teaching approach to help him succeed.

We are looking for someone who:

Is patient, encouraging, and understanding. Can explain concepts in creative, engaging, and hands-on ways to help him understand and retain the material. Can break down challenging concepts into manageable steps. Can support the development of higher-order thinking, problem-solving, and comprehension skills. Is flexible and able to adjust strategies based on his learning style and needs.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $28.00 - $33.00/hourWho we're looking for
