About the Job New parents seeking a loving, reliable, and engaging nanny to care for our little one. We are looking for someone for approx. 30 hours per week which we will guarantee. Our typical schedule is: M/Th/F mom works all day; Tu/We mom works afternoons only. Dad currently works from home Tuesdays and Fridays, but his days are flexible and can be adjusted as needed.
Occasionally, mom has call weeks (healthcare) that may require additional morning coverage on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. We are hoping to find someone with some flexibility to accommodate these occasional changes (within reason and with advanced notice!)
This is a long term position, with PTO, sick days, opportunity for annual pay increases, bonuses, etc. We would love someone to feel like family!
