About the Job I am seeking a compassionate, VERY reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for my child at a private school in Fallbrook, CA, from M-Friday (7:30-3pm). Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, providing individualized support, using positive reinforcement and scaffolding strategies, and collaborating with school personnel. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, consistent attendance, patience, and a willingness to learn.
