About the Job We're a family in Naples seeking a warm, reliable full-time nanny for our 1-year-old, in our home.
Schedule: [Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM], starting early mid November
Pay: $19–$24/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive care: meals, snacks, diapering, and naps on our routine
- Lead play and activities that support age-appropriate development (movement, language, sensory play, books, music)
- Take daily outings (park, library, classes) when weather allows
- Keep the child's spaces, toys, and laundry tidy
- Share a brief daily update on meals, naps, and milestones
Our Approach
- No screen time, following AAP recommendations.
- Consistent routines and gentle, positive redirection.
Requirements
- [2+] years of experience with infants/toddlers
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid (or willing to certify before starting)
- Reliable, punctual, and a clear communicator
- Clean driving record [if needed]
- Non-smoker
