About the Job Seeking a care professional to join our team on weekends for our 10yr old son (Phelan-McDermid syndrome). We want to give him the best chance to communicate his needs (non-verbal) and safely enjoy his environment. He is sweet, adorable, loving, and has no behavioral issues.
His favorite activities are storytime, walks, music, and snuggles. His rare disease requires assistance with daily living such as toileting and feeding (not expected from you on day one).
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children with disabilities. Previous experience with a certificate in nursing, RBT, or working towards a degree related field(s). If you are patient, willing to learn, and comfortable with dogs, please consider.
Your care will directly impact our childs life.
Pay is based on experience ($25-$45/hr)
