About the Job Seeking a reliable, professional cleaning company for our 3-bedroom, 1. 5-bathroom, 1, 300 sq. ft. home.

We need an initial deep cleaning followed by recurring biweekly maintenance cleaning.

The home has hard floors, one area rug, and one dog that sheds heavily. Pet hair removal is important.

Services should include:

• Sweeping and mopping all floors.
• Vacuuming the area rug.
• Dusting furniture and surfaces.
• Full kitchen cleaning, including countertops, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors.
• Thorough cleaning of both bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tub, sinks, and mirrors.

Bedrooms and laundry are excluded. Refrigerator and oven cleaning may be requested separately.

Cleaning supplies can be provided by either party.
