About the Job Seeking an excellent, experienced cook for a private Manhattan household, two evenings per week. Responsibilities include preparing fresh, sophisticated family dinners, occasional entertaining, table service, and kitchen cleanup. Sometimes need help for larger dinner parties for friends. Summers involve more intensive entertaining. Must be organized, discreet, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
